REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund
for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods
repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and
the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this
policy limits those rights.
Perishable, chilled and frozen items
Because we sell food, we cannot accept perishable, chilled or frozen
items back once they have been delivered. This is a food safety
requirement, not a limit on your rights.
If a perishable item arrives damaged, spoiled, short-dated or not of
acceptable quality, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your
order number and a photo. We will refund or replace it. Please do not
discard the item until we have been in touch.
Pantry, household and personal care items
If a non-perishable item is faulty, damaged or not as described,
contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund or
replacement.
Incorrect, missing or damaged orders
If something is missing from your order, or you have received the
wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send the
correct item or refund it, whichever you prefer.
Delivery problems
If your order does not arrive on the delivery date you selected,
contact us and we will locate it or arrange redelivery. Where an
order cannot be delivered because the address supplied was incorrect
or nobody was available to receive perishable goods, we may not be
able to refund perishable items.

number, the item concerned, and a photo where relevant.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within
5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a further few days
to show the funds.
