- We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend accounts and correct pricing or content errors caused by human error, supplier changes, technical issues or other reasons.

ONLINE ORDERS
- By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
- Payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
- We may cancel orders and provide a full refund without further liability.
- Promotional offers, discount codes and specials are intended for normal household quantities and are not valid for wholesale, resale or business purchases unless expressly stated.
- If an item is unavailable, we may:
- substitute it with a similar product; or
- remove it from your order and refund the purchase price.
- Variable-weight items may vary slightly in weight and final price.
- We cannot guarantee specific expiry dates or accommodate requests for particular product batches.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent.
DELIVERY
- Vital Pantry offers delivery to selected metropolitan and surrounding areas. Delivery availability may change at any time.
- Delivery fees, minimum order values and available delivery windows are displayed at checkout.
- We will endeavour to deliver within the selected delivery window but do not guarantee exact delivery times.
- Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, operational issues or circumstances beyond our control.
- It is your responsibility to:
- ensure the delivery address is accurate;
- be available to receive the order; or
- provide clear authority to leave instructions.
- If you authorise us to leave your order unattended, risk passes to you upon delivery and we are not responsible for loss, theft, spoilage or damage after the order is left.
- If delivery cannot be completed and it is unsafe or impractical to leave the order, we may:
- return the order to our premises;
- charge a redelivery fee; or
- cancel the order and deduct any reasonable costs incurred.
- Refrigerated and frozen products should be unpacked promptly upon delivery.
- Any issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
PRODUCT QUALITY AND SHELF LIFE
We aim to supply products with a reasonable shelf life. However, some fresh and perishable products may have shorter expiry periods consistent with their nature.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:
- perishable goods;
- refrigerated or frozen items;
- opened products; or
- products where health and safety considerations prevent resale.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
ACCOUNTS
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect misuse, fraud or breach of these Terms.
GIFT CARDS (IF OFFERED)
- Gift cards are treated as cash and should be stored securely.
- Gift cards are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Gift cards are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
SMS AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving order updates, account notifications and marketing communications from Vital Pantry. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics and images are the property of Vital Pantry or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:
- replacing the goods;
- supplying equivalent goods;
- repairing the goods;
- paying the cost of replacing or repairing the goods.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
