Satay night, sorted in 10 minutes

A creamy, saucy satay kransky stir-fry over fluffy basmati rice. One wok, no chopping boards full of veg (the greens go in straight from the freezer), and dinner on the table in 10 minutes. Perfect for a busy weeknight or an easy Friday night in.

You'll also need: a splash of olive oil, and a tablespoon of plain flour if you like your sauce thicker.

How it comes together

1. Get your basmati rice on first, however you like to cook rice. We boil it on the stove, but a rice cooker or the microwave works just as well
2. Slice the kransky into rounds and brown in a wok with a splash of olive oil
3. Pour in the coconut milk
4. Add the green beans and spinach, no need to thaw, they can go in frozen
5. Sprinkle in the satay sachet and stir until everything comes together into a creamy sauce
6. Too thin for your liking? Stir in one tablespoon of plain flour and keep stirring until it thickens
7. Spoon over the rice and dig in

10 minutes, one wok, dinner done.
