DELIVERY

Where we deliver

Vital Pantry delivers to metropolitan Melbourne and surrounding
areas. Enter your postcode on our website to check whether we deliver
to you and to see the delivery days available in your area.

Delivery fees

Standard delivery is $9.99.
Delivery is free on orders of $129 or more.
There is no minimum order value.

Choosing your delivery day

You select your delivery date at checkout. Only the dates we can
deliver to your area are shown, and cut-off times are already
applied — if a date appears, it is available to you.

Receiving your order

We deliver chilled, frozen and perishable goods, so someone should
be available to receive your order, or you should provide clear
instructions authorising us to leave it.

If you authorise us to leave your order unattended, responsibility
for it passes to you on delivery, and we cannot refund perishable
items affected by being left out.

Please unpack refrigerated and frozen items promptly.

If something goes wrong

If your order does not arrive on your selected delivery date,
contact us and we will locate it or arrange redelivery.

If we cannot complete delivery because the address given was
incorrect, or nobody was available to receive perishable goods, we
may return the order to our premises, charge a redelivery fee, or
cancel the order and deduct reasonable costs.

Report any issue with your order within 24 hours of delivery for
perishable, chilled and frozen items, and within 7 days for
non-perishable items.
