Love Tea - Green Tea Pyramid (Plastic Free) Tea Bags

This full leaf variety of green tea is organically grown in the Hunan province, of south central China. Abundant in antioxidants, it has a bold and balanced green tea flavour, with subtle hints of smokiness, reminiscent of the pan firing process it undergoes in production.

Brewing: Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add boiling, filtered water at 70°C – 80°C. Allow to infuse for 2 – 3 minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.

Please note: Over-brewing this blend for a long period of time may result in a bitter taste.

The clear pouch that holds the tea bags is made from a renewable plant-based cellophane and can easily be home composted.

The cardboard is made from post-consumer recycled board, is printed with vegetable-based inks and can also be home composted after use.

The pyramid tea bags are not made from plastic. They are made from biodegradable, non-GMO, plant-based material
