Honest to Goodness Organic Penne is an artisanal Italian pasta, made with the ancient grain Senatore Cappelli - an ancestor of the modern durum wheat. This ancient grain is sought after for it's unique, buttery flavour and higher protein content. Slow-dried to preserve nutrients and flavour the unique texture of our pasta range 'holds' sauce for the perfect al-dente bite.

The tube shape of penne pasta is fantastic for holding your favourite sauces, inside and out. No added starch, vegetable gum or preservatives. Suitable for vegan diets.
