Thin, crisp nori sheets made from naturally harvested organic seaweed grown in natural seawater, then roasted and twice dried with no additives or preservatives. Essential for rolling restaurant-quality sushi at home, and great crumbled over rice bowls and soups.

How to roll sushi

Place a nori sheet shiny side down on a bamboo mat. Spread an even layer of cooked sushi rice over it, leaving about 2cm clear at each end. Add your fillings along the edge closest to you, roll it up with the mat, and seal the far edge with a little water. Slice and enjoy.
