A little sweet, a little sour and a little spicy. Not the sugary chilli-lolly sauce you are used to, but it will add real oomph to stir fries and rice paper rolls.

Mingle created their sauce range after looking hard at what is hiding in the supermarket versions: refined sugar, fillers, highly processed oils and preservatives. These are the same flavours without any of that.
